Local knowledge is the thing we most need and can least research.
We read everything and usually reply within two working days.
What we can help with
- A stay or food benchmark is wrong for somewhere you know. This is the most useful message we get — we cannot research every destination first-hand.
- Fuel prices are out of date. They move weekly and we do not always catch it.
- A route is missing or its distance is wrong.
- A fare estimate is well off what you actually paid. Tell us the route, class and date and we will check our rates.
- A formula or constant looks wrong.
What we cannot help with
- Booking anything. We are not a travel agency and hold no inventory. Book on IRCTC or with the operator.
- Ticket problems, refunds or cancellations. We have no relationship with any operator and cannot access your booking.
- Recommending a hotel or operator. We take no commissions and keeping it that way is the point.
- Advertising or sponsored placement. We do not sell placement in results or guides.
